Scott opened his 1st Airbnb in 2017.
As a marketing professional who spent much of his career working remotely, Scott had lived in many hostels, Airbnbs, and other shared homes. He wanted to create a similar space right in the heart of Manchester. He purchased a big Victorian, and opened his home to professionals from all over the world.
Scott and Michelle met online in 2018. Her background in education, real estate, and housekeeping helped the business grow, and in 2021 they were approached by local investors looking for someone to manage short-term rentals. Shortly thereafter, Brook & Pine Properties, LLC was born! The company quickly grew to a thriving business managing a variety of properties across Southern New Hampshire accommodating everyone from traveling professionals to vacationing families and everything in between.
What started with just 2 employees (Scott & Michelle) has grown to a large team of professionals. Michelle is an agent with Realty One Group Next Level in Bedford, and handles all real estate sales. Scott works full-time as the Head of Enrollment at RIZE education, and handles our marketing on the side. Diana Warren is in charge of cleaning and supply management. She’s the glue that keeps the business together. A large part-time staff comes alongside to help with cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, night-time lockout services, and whatever else needs to happen to keep the business running.
